Had a great time guest lecturing last week at UNSW Business School for INFS5907.
The brief was to share some real-world perspectives on how AI is reshaping the management side of cybersecurity, from decision-making and prioritisation through to operating models, risk management, and leadership expectations. It’s an area evolving rapidly, and it was great to discuss both the opportunities and the practical challenges organisations are navigating.
We had almost a full class attendance, and I really enjoyed the thoughtful questions from the students. The curiosity, engagement, and quality of discussion was a strong reminder that the future of our industry is in capable hands.
