It is a vetted program that is used to connect critical infrastructure owners, operators and stakeholders with the FBI to provide education, networking, and information-sharing on security threats and risks. The hacker gained assess by impersonating a chief executive officer of a major US financial corporation. It is also believed that the imposter account was used to send messages and communicate with other executives in the program. The hackers are asking for $50,000 for the sale of the InfraGard database.
