Uber has suffered a new data breach after a threat actor leaked data from Uber and Uber Eats on a popular hacking forum. The stolen data is related to internal Uber corporate information and does not include any customer information. Uber said that the data was stolen from a recent breach on a vendor which they uses for asset management and tracking services, and said that they have not seen any malicious access to their systems. The previous cyber incident on Uber was three months ago where threat actors gained access to the internal network and company’s slack server.
