There’s been yet another data breach in Australia. This time the personal and health information of students and their families who reside in the state of Victoria. This is also another supply chain attack where a technology vendor with contracts with the Victorian government had been hacked. The details of the incident are still being investigated and the compromised sensitive personal information could include demographics, student’s developmental and behavioural issues and any family alcohol or drug problems.
