Had a great opportunity doing a UNSW Business School guest lecture today on Cyber Incident Response Plans.
Spent my lunch time in a quiet room speaking about managing cybersecurity incidents and things to consider when preparing an incident response plan. It got me reflecting back on the many years being part of the major incident management team and all the key aspects for consideration when putting together an incident response plan.
