I had the great opportunity to participate in a panel discussion on Industry Trends for AI in the Software Supply Chain.
I enjoyed the conversations and loved hearing everyone’s perspective on their observations and projections.
The event also showcased some of the latest technologies in software supply chain security. Was particularly impressed with how the tools allow developers to quickly identify the popular libraries used within their organisations and determine alignment of new components to company policy all through prompting within the IDE.
In keeping with a previous trend, I’ve posted a ChatGPT cartoon morph version of the event photo. Both Bill and I were blocking some of the names and titles on the screen and I like how it made our chairs lower and guessed (very incorrectly for Sunny) the titles for some of us.
