Being an effective security leader is about more than just technical knowledge – it’s about collaboration, sharing insights, and most importantly, focusing on people. I’m grateful for the friends, peers, and mentors who have shared their wisdom and experiences, helping me grow in this field.
This nomination reflects the collective efforts of everyone I’ve had the privilege to work with and learn from. It reinforces my belief that the best security outcomes are achieved when we work together, share knowledge, and prioritise the human element in our strategies.
